With the ongoing concerns regarding the potential exposure risks for Corona virus, Lewden is fully committed to protect the health of its employees and customers by actively monitoring the evolution of this global pandemic and supporting it with our timely actions in full compliance with the regulations and indications as per the government guidelines to assist in containment of the risk and help keep our communities safe.

Internal Safety Measures

Health and well-being of our people and business partners is our top-most priority. We have taken measures to keep our staff safe but also to ensure our customers can still receive any product they may have an immediate demand for.

Employees who are able to work from home have now been set up being able to work remotely. Our Warehouse and Custom build departments continue to operate according to demand. Keeping up with the NHS guidelines, we are taking every precaution to help our people stay healthy by implementing good hygiene practices across our offices.

Business operations as usual

With proper contingency plans in place to ensure the continuity of our service to you, our customers, Lewden is fully operational, ensuring timely availability of over 2500 product SKUs from our 4000m2 warehouse in Braintree, without any disruption. Also, we have good stock levels across the entire product mix with due support from our efficient and resilient supply chain partners.

Easy access to our Sales Team & Technical Support

It is clear from the latest government Sindications at this stage that personal contact should substantially reduce. We have taken measures to mutually protect our sales managers and the profit centre personnel by minimizing personal interactions and providing remote-working solutions to our sales team. Also, our friendly team on the sales desk in Braintree and Irvine will be on hand, as usual, if you need instant assistance with our products and services or require technical support.
