Lewden has developed a range of consumer units incorporating the B-HP RCBO and are designed specifically for retrofitting Residential Heat Pumps into existing installations outside of the existing consumer unit.

Type B-HP RCBO Consumer Unit range

Available as a pre-assembled consumer unit fitted with either a 16A or 25A C-curve B-HP RCBO (based upon most common ASHP sizes), OR available as an assembly where the Installer can fit any rating or curve B-HP RCBO dependant upon the ASHP Manufacturers recommendations.

NOTE:

• The ASHP CU offer is available as part of the PRO & PRO-IP65 consumer unit ranges.
• All options include the new Dual Screw Main Switch, negating the need for a Mains Tail clamp
• All options include a 20A RCBO for the system Immersion Heater and 6A RCBO for ASHP Controls.
• Spare Ways fitted with MFDRB can be used for additional ASHP circuits such as internal heaters.
