Yes the part number is RCD10-63/30/2ALV. RCD’s are voltage dependant due to the tripping coil inside rather like getting the correct voltage for a relay or contactor.

To eliminate the building wiring being at fault please disconnect completely the load side and re-test in isolation, check your device is testing the correct class or RCD and replace the batteries. If you have a number of units failing there has got to be something else wrong. Any more problems please call our technical for further help.

Yes, but not all other brands of RCD’s test switches might not operate; this is due to the wiring of the test resistor inside being wired between phase and neutral or phase and phase. All of Lewden’ s 4 pole devices test resistors are connected between phase and phase so will work without a neutral.
