Introducing the Lewden PRO Consumer Unit Range, now available with Round Knockouts.
After consultation with Electricians throughout the UK, We saw a preference towards Round Knockouts, with both Round and Square knockouts being used dependant on the application.
Following the feedback, we worked tirelessly to design and manufacture a Lewden Pro Consumer Unit with Round Knockouts to supply the market and our customers with a smart addition to the Lewden comprehensive Consumer Unit and Circuit Protection family.
The *NEW* Consumer Unit features the same popular PRO design with a innovative and modern looking curved front cover, With an extra wide 180° opening, it offers superior visibility of circuit protection devices, even when the consumer unit is mounted low down, and provides the perfect position to affix installation labelling.
The new circular knockouts range provides complete flexibility for installing round cable glands, conduits, cable grommets and for terminating SWA final circuit cables, with circular knockouts in 20,25, & 32mm diameter.
All 20mm diameter knockouts are sufficiently spaced to allow on the opening to 25mm whilst still facilitating the full range of 25mm gland options.
The Consumer Unit with Round Knockouts is also fully compatible with our Rear Grommets, designed for an easy click in solution to using grommet strip or similar. The Segmented rear grommets allow for the aperture size to be adjusted to suit the number of cables entering the enclosure.
